FOUR VALUES

During the new member semester, individuals will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. Our program is derived from our members’ four core values. We are: passionate, supportive, innovative, and bold.

 PASSIONATE

“During recruitment, the value that stood out most to me in every brother was boldness. In PGN, boldness isn’t about personality type, it’s having the confidence to grow and be yourself. From the new member semester deliverables to over 60 leadership roles, members are constantly pushed beyond their comfort zones and empowered to be themselves.”

- Kristina Amundson, SP '23

  INNOVATIVE

"Since my first semester in PGN, I have always been driven to find ways to improve the organization and benefit the members of the chapter. In each of my four director roles, PGN has given me a platform to introduce new, innovative ideas that have helped shape each position for future semesters. Working with different members of the organization to develop and bring these ideas to life has not only strengthened my friendships, but fostered an environment where innovation is encouraged."

  SUPPORTIVE

“Becoming a member of PGN introduced me to a new community filled with many different backgrounds. In my roles as Wellness and DEI Director, I have learned how to best support and be there for all the unique perspectives that we have in our chapter. PGN has pushed me to be a better leader through active listening and advocacy, skills I will carry with me through PGN and beyond.”

- Grace Pizzimenti, FA '24

       BOLD

“PGN has helped me grow a lot by pushing me outside my comfort zone. Through coffee chats, case competitions, and The Pitch, I feel much more confident networking and starting internships. The best way to build business skills is by actually doing it, and PGN creates a space where I can keep improving both professionally and personally.”

- Scarlett Gray, FA '25
